The Chantilly story
Our award-winning boutique was established in 1985 as an independent lingerie and swimwear stockist for the Northwest. Our philosophy at Chantilly is to provide an exceptional fitting service for all women with quality products, not always available on the high street. In 2008, we relocated to new premises at No.4 Cheetham Street, specifically designed to improve our customer experience with a custom shop layout.
Our store can be found in Rochdale town centre and has excellent transport links from both Manchester and Leeds. We pride ourselves on being one of a handful of independent lingerie shops in the Greater Manchester area to offer a fully professional fitting service.
We have over 40 years’ experience in fitting ladies of all shapes and sizes and have an established presence as a major supplier in the Northwest region for lingerie, swimwear and nightwear. Our collection includes all the top European and US brands, curated for their quality of manufacture, design and excellent comfortable fit.
Our selection and service has merited national award wins with ‘Stars Underlines’ for “Excellence and Outstanding Achievement” by public vote in 2018, “Superstar” in 2017 and “Personal Touch” in 2012. We have also received local recognition for “Best Independent Retailer” several times from Rochdale Business Awards, all made possible our loyal and longstanding customer base.
At Chantilly we pride ourselves on superb customer service and experience led product knowledge to provide options from the best brands for each individual customer. Whether it’s a first bra, sports bra, push up bra, t-shirt bra, strapless bra, maternity bra, large cup fitting, mastectomy, post operative or non-wired bra; we are here to help in store and online.
